Kudos Fairfield!!

A very pleasant experience for a short overnight stay. The location is perfect; close to food, shopping, and the highway. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was a little small, but comfortable and had everything we needed. Exercise equipment was adequate for a quick workout. The breakfast options need improvement and the staff person needs more help to keep items refilled.

I thought everything was alright. I unfortunately did have some trouble checking in with the lady at the front desk. She was a little rude about the fact that my dad’s name was on the card and that my name was under the room. My dad bought it for me as a birthday present for my friends and I to go into Philadelphia the next day. I completely understand why it’s an inconvenience or why they aren’t allowed that because of fraudulent reasons. But, still you could be nice and say “I’m sorry unfortunately we don’t allow that” or something. The manager was very kind and did allow us to stay for the night. But the lady was quite rude and even if it didn’t work out, she didn’t really offer an option for a refund. Another thing is, the pool was dirty and there was strands of hair in the pool and also a huge strand of hair outside of the pool by the chairs.

The only problem with my room is that there are many outlets but none of them USB ports. I had to look around and found a USB port on the back of the TV but it was difficult to access.
