Staff and lobby nice and clean. My room had some carpet damage and furniture had some stains from wear and tear. Bathroom was lovely and bed was comfy. Hotel is pet friendly and provides many doggie stations with grass areas to walk them around. Hotel has a snack bar only but restaurants are close by. The hotel does have free hot breakfast for the guest and was the best I have seen from a hotel. Waffle stations, hot buffet style options, bagels, fruit, juice bar, just to name a few. Everyone staying at the hotel were also friendly and respectful. Overall would recommend.

The common areas were nicely kept up. Our room, 210 needs some maintenance, especially in the bathroom. The tub had rust in it and there was cracked and missing molding.
