The hotel was decent but the air conditioning didn’t work. I was awake the entire night extremely hot. Staff wasn’t the nicest. When going to the complimentary breakfast, I was questioned why I needed to look to see what there was to offer when there was the menu on a sign. Staff seemed annoyed that I was even there and kept watching me the entire time. It was very uncomfortable and I even asked several times if it was free just by the way they were acting. Other than these issues, it would have been a good stay.

Every time my neighbor entered or left their room their door would close and rattle my entire room. The upkeep of the walls and floors in the bathroom seemed to be rush patch jobs. My iron handle and buttons was broken off. I had to call front desk three times before I received a new one and asked was I sure it was broken. I also went to use my ice bucket and ice holder but it was filled with yellow and green gunk. I informed the front desk and all they can say is I’m sorry.

When I boked this reservation, I opted to reserve breakfast at an additional charge. When I arrived, I was told that the kitchen was closed. Also, Expedia showed a hotel bar and that was also closed. We were planning to have a light dinner and drinks at the hotel before going out for the evening. If I had known that these amenities were unavailable, I would have booked elsewhere.
