The staff- particularly Ashley- was absolutely wonderful! It was the room amenities that were not so nice. For starters, the heat/ac in my room did not work upon arrival. When I called this to attention, I was told it was an electrical problem and then hung up on, with no timeline as to when it would be fixed. Additionally, the walls and insulation are very thin. Each time any room on the same floor runs water, you can hear it flowing through the nearby pipes. This means being woken up at 1AM by your neighbors spontaneous shower. Ultimately, the staff was very nice but the amenities are subpar.

Staff support lacking across the board. Were assigned to an occupied room upon arrival. Not even a “sorry for the inconvenience.” Zero eye contact and just handed a new key. Attempts to open the door early in the morning before checkout. Just a very strange experience here. Bad shoveling with ice still around entrance of the building. The room was spacious, so that’s why we’re not rating the experience a one star.

Here’s a clean, condensed version that keeps all key facts and stays well under 1,500 characters: I made and paid for a hotel reservation through Hotels.com on December 7, 2025, for a stay in Philadelphia from January 23–25, 2026, totaling $397.14. When I arrived at the hotel on January 23, the front desk agent could not locate my reservation. We attempted to contact Hotels.com but were unable to reach a live representative after being on hold for an extended period. Because the reservation could not be found, I was required to pay for another room. Several hours later, the agent informed me that he had finally spoken with someone and that I would be refunded the $397.14 for the original reservation; however, I never received the promised confirmation email or refund. I attempted to contact Hotels.com again on January 24 but was still unable to reach a live person. I am requesting a full refund of $397.14 for the lost reservation and will not use Hotels.com again.

Room 1510 bed by window frame it lays on makes So much noise. Wouldn’t hurt to upgrade the TVs so guest can stream or cast to them.

There was only one microwave for the hotel. Secondly they charged me for parking. Then third the towels were half dirty. The breakfast wasnt rven included. U have to pay for everything basically. Other than that Great view.....I guess.
