It looked very nice on the site and with Hilton being attached to the name I expected more but i was disappointed. I received an email telling me that a room would not be available til 3. Went there approx 3:30. The front desk person seemed to take a long time to come out of the back office. I made noise to get his attention. It took quite some time for him to complete the reservation info. Looking at the computer screen for quite some time. Went to our room and it was a 2 room suite with a King Bed. Back down to the desk to tell him that my reservation was for 2 queens since i had a guest with me. I was told there were none available and since I made the reservation through a 3rd party the room type is not guaranteed. I asked for a refund and said I will go somewhere else. I was told I would need to go through the 3rd party. OK...but then At that point he found one. What I had on my reservation. The room was nice -I wouldn't say good...but Clean. We were at the end of the hall where the interstate was practically at our window. Sleeping was quite difficult between that and the noisy air conditioning. .....will not stay there again and concerned about any Home2 by Hilton BTW - garbage cans outside and in the patio are were overflowing
