The room was very clean and had plenty of space for two people, could have even fit more than 2 in our room comfortably. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a different selection of food. Location is incredible, right next to the Reading Terminal Market where you can try many amazing different foods.

Room was clean kitchenette was clean the only negative a stain in the ceiling near desk area. So you know exactly rm 437 you may want to fix it. Not sure what kind of stain in the ceiling.

First, my dates of reservation were incorrect in system and I have been charged twice even though I stayed only 1 day. After so may calls they assured they will correct it it never happen. I felt like this is a scam. Second the night time it is not a safe areas as so many druggiest and drunk peoples are around. I decided not to stay anymore in any Hilton property as this is my 3rd bad experience with Hilton.

Such a pleasant front desk staff! The rooms were so spacious and comfortable. We only spent the night before a city bike ride but it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely spend the night again next year.

Had to leave a day early. Ask if I could have one hour extension in checkout from 11 to 12. They wanted $75. When I left, I asked about the refund for the day I wasn’t staying. No refund. If I known that, I just would’ve stayed the extra hour or so, but I had already packed up and dropped my key in the box. They are excuse was I booked through Expedia so there would be no refund. Whose fault is that? This was my fourth stay at the facility. Think I’ll be back?
