Underwhelming breakfast. Disappointed with room quality. Vents caked with dust, very bad chemical smell, dust and dirt inside overhead light fixtures, mismatched lightbulbs throughout the room, etc etc. Maybe I got a bad room (235) because I had two dogs with me.... Staff was friendly.

The room was wonderful. I have aged previous good breakfast experiences but this last stay the food was just “meh” and the staff was rude when I asked them to provide cheese for the breakfast items.

All was fine but the pillows. Too squishy. No head support. Had to stack three and still woke up with neck pain. Maybe offer two firm and two softer so hotel guest has a choice. Checking in the staff was welcoming and friendly. Checking out was not the same experience with a different desk clerk. She seemed to not want to be there with a forced smile and cold interaction. Clearly not the last impression you want to have with a guest.

We booked the king room because it was our wedding night. When we arrived, we were told that there weren’t any king rooms left and we could have a queen. We wouldn’t have booked at this hotel if we knew we would have to stay in a queen sized bed. We were told there was nothing they could do and we would have to wait for a manager to call us back. The manager never called.

The rooms are out dated no usb ports old tvs and just not what you would expect. The location is fantastic and the front desk staff is awesome. But the rooms run down. Carpet frayed just old furniture. The kitchen appliances were beat up.

My kids and I took a 23-day trip to the east coast, and this was our favorite hotel! I loved the kitchenette and the space in the room. They loved the pool table and the swimming pool, great ways for them to burn off some energy at the end of the day. Breakfast was ample, the room was clean and the property is fairly new. The staff was helpful and friendly. I loved that we could stay within driving distance of Philadelphia but stay outside of town in a safer location for family. It was also cheaper to stay here than in the middle of town. It was our only stay at a Hyatt, and I only wished we had reserved more of their locations. Great stay! We will be looking for more Hyatt House hotels in the future!
