The biggest problem was that we had no hot water the next morning. The room was surprisingly tiny, even for a center city hotel. There was no coffee maker in the room. We asked for late check out and they gave us an extra 30 minutes which wasn’t very helpful but otherwise the staff were great—friendly and efficient.

The staff made the stay very enjoyable! They were always ready to help and friendly. Loved the evening social hour that allowed guests and even their pets to enjoy drinks and visit with each other. Our room was a great size for having a small dog. However it did need a very thorough dusting. Bathroom cleanliness was excellent.

I would give this place a overall 10! The staff was wonderful, the amenities were very nice and the happy hour was top notch! Location is where all the action is and the hotel was safe and quiest. I felt very safe. parking was great my friend had a electric car and the staff was very helpful and patient for hellping her with charging!

I truly loved the hotel. The location was perfectly located and walkable to shops, city hall, love park and Christmas village. Rooms are nice, quiet and beds were comfy. We took advantage of the valet service (although it’s a bit pricey) but due to the convenience it was worth it. Truly had a great Philly experience and the hotel was part of it! Would stay here again.

Check in was at 3. Our room was still not ready by 4:30 and we had an event at 5. We had to get ready in the lobby restrooms and were late to the event that we flew to Philadelphia for. The lights flickered on and off all night long and not even turning them off would get the flickering to stop. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend to others and would not stay here again.
