Staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were adequate, decently clean for center city. Bed linens were decent quality, rooms were fairly quiet. There was a noticeable musty/damp smell at least on the 16th floor hallways/rooms. Location is great, watch out for the hidden $28 amenities fee. This can be used as a credit with hotel restaurant which is nice but we never ended up using it.

We picked this hotel because it is extremely pet friendly, and within walking distance of the Mutter Museum, Independence Hall, and other attractions we wanted to see. What we didn't know, was simply how amazing this hotel is. Everything we needed and wanted was delivered to our room by a friendly staff. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The views of the city are amazing, and its a real treat to stumble across some of the 100 year old architecture. We are already planning our next visit to Philadelphia, and will stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar

I did not like that even though I thought I had pre-paid for my stay, the hotel added a Guest Amenity fee of $28 (plus tax) on top of what I had already been charged .
