Upon arriving and checking in, I was told I couldn’t you the credit card I had in hand. They made me use a debit card or else I wouldn’t be able to check in. When arriving in my room, the toilet was not clean and the rub had brown stains that I cleaned off. When I went to use the blow dryer. The back of it caught onto my hair and a chunk of my hair ripped off! Also, when leaving my room, before 2pm which was my VIP check out, I noticed I forgot my charger and tried getting back in but they had deactivated my room key! I had to go all the way downstairs to show my ID again and her a new card. When I told front desk she was very empathetic and went to speak to her manager. The manager did not come out! The manager told her to tell me that they were NOTHING they can do and if I wanted to fill out an incident report I can. I don’t believe I’ll be staying here again!
