Newly remodeled but the staff didnt tell us how to turn on the new lights. We were searching all over for some of the switches and then when we found them the lights were not working and the refrigerator was not on and couldn't turn the thermostat on

First, the hotel is under construction so it is not clean. It is very dark and the pool area is filthy. It was VERY NOISY so my daugher, grandaughter and I were up until 330am. Then, the telephone to the front desk WAS NOT even attached to the desk, so we could not report the noisy disruption going on in one of the rooms near us. AVOID THIS HOTEL.
