The staff was super lovely! I had a situation leading into my checking in that had me an emotional wreck and the staff was just on top of it and super supportive. The property is under construction but it didn't take away from the amazingness they are. Centrally located to all the things. Highly suggest them!

Room was clean when we arrived but we were never told to ask for housekeeping so no clean towels the 3 days we were there. The Wi-Fi was out and we were not warned. For the price we paid to be in the middle of construction was horrible. Our tub wouldn’t drain fast enough so we were standing in a tub full of water while we showered. Light bulbs were out around the mirror in the bathroom so it was dim and It was an inconvenience to have to stop off or call when we were on a family vacation

I’m going to request my money back or partial. This hotel allowed people to book at not a cheap rate yet they have no running water NONE everyday from 11 am to 4 pm They have 1 working elevator the other does not work. They did not mention this prior to booking nor did they mention it at check in We got a text once we checked in that these were the problems they’ve have for days already

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Lots of challenges right now with renovations taking place in the main building but that does not take away from the overall enjoyment of the hotel, just takes away a bit of convenience and access to amenities.

which was confirmed in advance. Upon arrival, I was told no rooms were available until 2 PM. This was a major inconvenience as I needed a place to work and the hotel had no business center or workspace. Despite paying the fee, I was not offered any refund or accommodation for the delay. Once we finally got a room, we were informed that the hotel would have no water from 11 AM to 4 PM daily due to maintenance. This caused repeated disruptions to our plans, as the water often didn’t return until after 5:30 or 6 PM. When we inquired about this, staff were dismissive and even rude, giving us attitude over the phone instead of assistance. Additionally, the cleanliness was unacceptable. We found a bloodstain on the sheet and requested housekeeping to change the linens. Instead, they merely flipped the sheets over, leaving the stain on the other side. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how they maintain hygiene, especially since the hotel doesn’t have its own laundry facilities. They suggested we go to a nearby hotel for laundry, which is simply not acceptable for a hotel stay. The hospitality was lacking across the board. Shannon, the front desk staff who checked us in, did not offer the complimentary cocktail that other guests received and was generally unhelpful and rude. Overall, the service and attitude from multiple staff members were extremely disappointing. I attached water that’s dirty! Not even clean water and the sheet. Disgusting!!

All good ! A bit on the run down side? Renovating at the moment. 1 lift was not working. Long wait to get up and down No water during the day. No compensation? Breakfast restaurant not what one expects… a long unfriendly corridor towards the pool area. But as I said I was overall happy!

Room was clean and comfy, shower however didn’t drain properly. Lobby had know mosquitos so I, along with my kids and hubby, were bit quite a bit. I took quite a hit on the ankles and I wanted to claw them off.

Stayed one night for a family trip to Disney. The location was GREAT! Only a 10-15 minute walk to the park entrance. On the downside, there was a lot of constriction going on when we were at the hotel. There was only one elevator working at the time of our stay which was super inconvenient at check out. On top of that, the gym was closed although we were able to use the Sheraton gym across the street. Finally, the water coming out of the bathroom sink was not clean at all, so I don’t know what the deal was there. Overall, it was a great value for the distance to the theme parks and maybe we just caught them at a bad time, so I would not avoid this hotel and I actually would consider staying here again in the future once all the construction is complete.

All the staff was so kind and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Convenient location, close to the park, food, stores and the shuttle stops right outside. The small convenience store inside the hotel was also perfect for late night needs. There’s only one entrance to the hotel which could be a hassle when you have kids and a million things to carry, but truly not the end of the world. Would def return and recommend!
