It felt a lot safer staying there as you need your key card to use your elevator and get to your floor. The staff was very nice, they made it fun for the holidays with Elf On The Shelf elves for kids to find.

Hotel was clean. I’ve stayed here multiple times and every time at least one of the elevators is not working. The rate that is charged for parking is high for the distance that you have to walk to the Disneyland resort. Other hotels that are much closer charge a lower rate. Parking alone added over $100 to my 3 night stay

Very kind and welcoming front desk, even at 1am when we got in. I sent in a room request a week before our stay and it was generously accommodated. We both walked and took the Toy Story lot shuttles. Walk is around 12 minites to the security station at Disneyland. Security is at the bus stop at Toy Story, so taking the bus can get you to the gates a little faster. The room was clean and spacious. Lots of hot water, king bed was comfortable. The room coffee is instant coffee with a hot water pot. Great for tea drinkers. Go downstairs and order a coffee for coffee drinkers. Would stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy. I love the interior rooms and elevators. The staff was very nice and the maids did a fantastic job. It’s also very close proximity to be able to walk to the parks. Love that. And good dining is around here. Plus my wife like the convenience of walking right to the Walgreens. Great place. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Clean room very conveniently located to Disneyland. Staff was very helpful. Only issue, one elevator was broken leading to a longer than anticipated wait for the elevator. Not great water pressure in the shower. But, very comfortable beds. Would stay again.
