The beds are so hard! There was only one working elevator by the lobby. And we never had housekeeping. Even if they could dump the trash and give you fresh towels. I would not stay here again.

Room did not have a deadbolt on the door which was not ideal for two girls traveling alone. Parking was very expensive when most other properties include parking in the rate. I was also told that i would be reimbursed $150 upon checking out (security fee) and that money was never returned to me.

Good for the price in the area and is walking distance to Disneyland. Only complaint is they only had one elevator working the entire 4 days there so it was slow to get to our room.

The husband and I decided to stay at this hotel as we normally do when we plan our normal do. This trip was for our little honeymoon where we didn’t need anything special. But when we got up to the room it was warm, I turned on the AC as low as it would go and at the highest fan setting. It still wasn’t cooled down when we returned back to the room after a day in Disney. Then it would shut off on us throughout the night and get very warm. Then when we were leaving one night we got onto the elevator and went down to the first floor as normal. But before we reached the first floor we heard a loud bang and then it took a minute before it took us up to floor 2 without us pressing any buttons. When we reached the second floor the doors would not open and even when I hit the open door button nothing happened. Eventually I hit the first floor button again and after a few it finally started to go back down and struggled to have the doors open.

Location is great for getting around. Lots of restaurant options and of course Disneyland. Easy 10 to 15 minute walk to the gates. However, I don’t recommend the breakfast. It was not good. Today we waited an hour for two Greek yogurts with strawberries and honey bowl. So much honey. It was disgusting. The egg dishes were usually overcooked or under. Great news, Starbucks and Denny’s are next door. Parking is expensive. $38.20 a night. Room was clean. For location, would absolutely stay there again. We got what we expected for what we paid aside from prepaying for breakfast.
