This is going to be a mixed review because we were happy with most of it but disappointed and confused with other parts. For starters-- PLEASE add signs stating where everything is?! How was i supposed to know the entrance in the courtyard has only 1 working door for ALL the floors of that building? I wish that was stated by the guy who checked us in from the BEGINNING. Not just "if you pass the courtyard you went too far" even the little paper map didnt help one bit. Had we known the ONE working door was the entrance to ALL 5 floors that would have been EXTREMELY helpful. On top of that it was raining and a lot of the parking lot was flooded getting our things wet. Another family was so confused asking US for help too. Theres construction everywhere and the only actual signs are signs showing that about 3 different entrances are closed. Again, i guess that means only ONE side door was gonna be the entrance to get to all 5 floors?! Like when you go to a hospital--theres usually a directory that shows ALL the floors & what rooms belong to each floor..We werent sure what was on the next few floors or how many floors there even are. Then the complete other side of the building has ONE door closed off with locks. Literally nothing is labeled? We were so confused walking around the building. Staff was extremely nice with the check in process. Breakfast voucher for 20$ credit& 1 free cocktail till 2am. Does suck that the hotel closest to disney of COURSE has to charge for park

BEST HOTEL TO STAY AT PERIOD !! No other hotel offers anything close to what The LuLu Hotel has to offer !!! The competition, has been left in San Diego !! When I say they treat you like you deserve, I mean Miss Gabby Aguirre rolls out the red carpet for you!
