It’s more like a motel than a hotel! Felt very unsafe you can hear everything no soundproof between the model rooms, toilet wasn’t working three different prison doors. It was a horrible experience pay more for a quality stay I have stayed in better motels in my 20s in this place.

Great, clean hotel with a really nice staff. Loved the convenient location- quick walk to the park and tons of restaurants or CVS. Also- easy pick up/drop off right at the door for Uber. Only negative- just one elevator was working, so it made for slow going from the 8th floor.

The front desk person was so kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The distance is amazing to the parks if visiting Disneyland. Lastly , they gave my husband and I a complimentary cocktail- which was so nice ! I definitely recommend this hotel. ** the toiled seat was a bit loose *** but other than that our stay was perfect :)

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. There is a shuttle to Disneyland which stops right in front of the hotel. However, breakfast was chaotic and it took a long time to be served.

Clean room, amenities, heated pool with the bar, the lobby was fully decorated in Disney Halloween vibes, was able to get a room at 3pm instead of 4pm, but room 803 had a strange loud wind/ whistling sound at all times.
