Thank you for reaching out and asking about my recent stay. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Lulu every time we visit Disneyland because we’ve always had a great experience in the past. Unfortunately, this most recent stay wasn’t up to the usual standard.
We had ants in the bathroom, and the app-controlled features in there weren’t working properly. On top of that, the water was out for a few hours, which made things really inconvenient, especially with kids.
I wanted to share this feedback with you since we normally love staying at Hotel Lulu and hope to continue doing so in the future. I trust that these issues were temporary, but I felt it was important to let you know how they impacted our experience this time.
