The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The pillows were amazingly soft. I didn't like the fact they charged for parking. It should be already included with the hotel price.

Well when I got there was a huge group in the lobby but staff were calm and were able to help me out with out frustrations. Checking in was smooth. Parking easy. The room was good enough. Went to Disneyland and came back. It was good. I did uber eats too. I would come back

unfortunately when I was staying here the service was extremely bad. The staff acted stuck up and snobby, we were there for a few days and I wish we got a refund and chose somewhere else, please don’t go here!

This hotel is much dirtier than the last time we stayed here, especially the carpet. The fixtures are wearing down and everything felt very dingy. Good location but faint cigarette smoke smell on our entire floor. Shampoo and conditioner are decent. It’s not the worst place for the price and location, but we will likely be staying elsewhere on our next visit.

The room was great the available for the room at the time arrived was amazing!!!! But when I called for our room to be cleaned no one came and I had to call and ask for someone to come in to clean. Disappointed because we have been regular guests for over 6 years. So disappointed. But other than that our stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool and everything.
