The front staff were absolutely amazing. The pool heater did go out and so it ice cold. Having a child with you that was hoping to swim was a little disappointing.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the Lulu. The room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was amazing! The hotel lobby was very attractive, leaning heavily into Disney as well as So Cal flavor. We did not try the breakfast, but the menu looked fantastic. The location... everything you could want was within walking distance. Multiple restaurants, Walgreens, CVS, boutique stores, and of course... Disneyland. We did upgrade our room for a fireworks view, but we were at the park while those were going off... still worth it. We plan on staying there when we visit again.

Absolutely love hotel lulu. It’s definitely a home away from home. Staff was so friendly. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The hotel and room were very clean and comfortable. Also I love how secure I felt during this stay.

Great service walking distance to Disneyland and restaurants and if you dont’ feel like leaving they have door dash of a variety of foods and free delivery. 2nd time here and sill definitely be coming back!

The people up front used my card a couple times without permission and I found out through checking my chase app that there has been purchases on my card that I didn’t authorize, the shower never got hot, the water pressure was terrible, I could hear both rooms having sex and I couldn’t sleep, for the price I paid for I expected a lot better
