The north tower... it must be where they put guests they don't like. No ammenities available unless you walk to the main building. No toilet paper replacements, no new towels. No cleaning done for 3 days. Construction so loud in that tower that if you want to enjoy your room during the day.. no happening. You only can comfortably be in there at night after the crew goes home. Don't get me wrong. I understand that construction happens. But... i don't feel that you should charge for every little thong if I cant be in my 2 rooms that I paid over 1k for with parking charges.. I'm sad. The stay started out very nice. Great front desk staff and lobby is adorable. But if you are in north tower.. you'll bever see it again.

Beds are hard as a rock. We had to order a memory foam topper to put over it from Walmart to get through our stay. Other than that, it was decent. Close to Disney and clean.

Walking distance to Disneyland parking lot and are able to ride the buses into the park which was very convenient. Beds were a little hard but other than that stay was wonderful

The room that gave us had a malfunctioned Air condition… the room was very hot when we checked in. Towels were very hard and scratchy. No bar or lounge area when they had look like a military miss hall… Although they did give us another room, it was an inconvenience.

We always stay at the Hotel Lulu and the price point, convenience, and excellent staff are all hard to beat! Even with recent construction on the building, there are never any issues that interfere with our stay. The hotel is very quiet at night, always clean, and the beds are comfortable as well. We recommend the Hotel Lulu to everyone going to Disney!
