When I entered the hotel the bathtub was filthy. My wife had to go to target to buy cleaning supplies. My wife took a shower and the water in the tub started to rise, it looked like a pool.

Rhis is a nuce place but it could use some renovation. Walls are thin and you can hear whats going on in the room next door. Overall staff was very friendly and i wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. I usually do.

My room smelled musty and damp. It’s crazy busy there because of its proximity to Sesame Place. Staff was awesome. Just sucked to not have the ability to get hot coffee during the day. The little maker in the room had expired coffee in it.

Took my three children for an ovenight stay. Close to plenty of quick dining and directly across the street from Sesame Place. Desk staff was super friendly, but did have maintenance/housekeeping use a key for an early morning unexpected entry. The door was latched, so they didn’t get in- but did wake all the kids up earlier than i preferred.

Parking limited in front of hotel. Parking in rear not good. Fitness room needs some TLC. Equipment broken or extreme need of maintenance. Desk in room to high to work comfortably. 4 day visit that all belongings had to stay in suitcase due to lack of dresser space. Would only stay again if in a pinch

My family stayed here while on a trip to Sesame Place. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. The ladies at the front desk were so nice, welcoming and accommodating to us. The bartender at the hotel restaurant was awesome. The hotel is clean and right across the street from the park. I will definitely return the next time we are in the area.
