They didn't come back to make the room when i slept in one day. Then i called them for new towels and linens. They only dropped them off and didn't make the room/ bed when i went out. Didn't empty the trash or take the dishes during the drop off either and i got a comforter with a bloodstain. The manager apologized and offered a 25$ credit. One bright note, i arrived early and they let me check in at 7am

Not great experience with front desk, did not get requests per booking and got a basic room with view of another building. We had yellowish towels in the bathroom, no amenities and fuzz from towels all over tables Room overall was fine, friendly cleaning staff and local cafe lady was great!

I booked and PAID for (Jan 28, 2025) a Club Room, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed, Business Lounge Access (High Floor). When I arrived (Feb 13, 2025) I was told the room was given to another customer and that they would book us into a "deluxe" room. Unfortunately, THAT room had no Sofa bed. My daughter went back down to the front desk and asked for a different room. She was told they had nothing and a roll away bed would be sent ASAP. It never showed. She called twice and was told that the bed was coming. Nothing showed. Someone had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR Thursday night! The front desk manager's name is Nikki. She was less than helpful. I expect a full refund for my reservation. I intend to contact the Sheraton as soon as I launch this review. If I can't get satisfaction, I will contact Expedia directly next. If that is unsuccessful, I will contact my credit card company and file a formal complaint. I am an extremely unhappy customer. The Sheraton Hotel is to blame. Expedia needs to force them to refund my reservation ($306.21) in full.
