The motel is quaint but nice. Walking distance to all downtown restaurants and stores. Parking is very problematic. If you don’t get one of the few on site spaces, you’re parking a few blocks away. Lobby and coffee bar are nice. Staff Ed very helpful.

3 day stay in Jackson hole.

The staff was very warm and welcoming. The room lacked the proper lighting and felt very dark and coffin like. The thermostat on the wall that was supposed to control the air conditioning did not control anything. I had to remove the decorative screen surrounding the air air-conditioning system. Every time I wanted to modify the temperature or the fan speed both of these things seem like they’re very easy to fix. I would also add more outlets or USB ports for people to charge their devices. Currently there isn’t a single USB port in there and very minimal outlets to plug into.

Ground floor room with bed, table and chairs, and private shower was clean and comfortable. I could hear the family upstairs walking and talking but at least it wasn't all night. I would stay here again for the location, convenience, and comfort, but the standard price is too much for this solo traveler.

Comfortable bed and large shower. Perfect for our overnight in Jackson. Longer stays may want to investigate alternatives. Parking availability is the only downside, but if you are able to walk a block with luggage, there is street parking and a public lot adjacent to the hotel (it has limited spaces)

Cute hotel near Town Square

We had a great stay here! The point of our trip was to visit Grand Teton, and this hotel, and the town of Jackson, WY, is within several minutes outside of the south entrance of the park. The hotel is also within walking distance of many shops and restaurants and the famous town square. It’s a charming location and has been nicely updated. There is also a full service coffee bar in the lobby! The Hotel has a couple of different buildings with rooms but all are very close together. Some parking is available right outside of most rooms but filled up quickly. Our room was pretty small but was fine for just the 2 of us. My only real complaint is that our room was pretty warm, even with the AC set to its lowest setting and the ceiling fan on high (we were there in early September), and the AC unit was also very noisy.

Nice staff. Overpriced.

The staff were kind and accommodating, however I felt the price was not worth the stay. There was 5 minutes of hot water and the rooms were very dark. We paid a luxury hotel price for a motel experience.

Be aware when you book of the extra fees which equal about $50. Rooms are tiny, parking is terrible. We would never stay here again. We could clearly hear our next door neighbor on her phone screaming at her boyfriend.

Convenient & clean

Nice hotel in convenient location. Rooms are small but comfy. Lighting could be better in rooms. Got charged for mini bar items that weren’t even in the room (but they reversed the charges when I called). I’ve been going to JH for decades but it has gotten too pricey. I’ll find another cute mountain town that won’t break the bank for future trips.
