The rooms were clean, staff is friendly, and the location is perfect! We had a rough start with the valet service, but the night manager,Kevin, remedied that issue and addressed the situation with guests are VIP’s and will be treated accordingly.

The room was very clean and we had a nice view of some of the city skyscrapers. I LOVE the location, as you have two of the tallest buildings in the city right there (yes, I know the two Comcast buildings surpassed One and Two Liberty Place). I loved having The Shops at Liberty Place right there. My only concern, albeit minor, is the elevator situation. You go in the 17th Street entrance then have to take the elevator to the lobby to check in. Then after you check-in, you have to take another elevator to get to your room. They probably designed it that way so unnecessary people do not try to get in. But it seemed a bit odd that there was not an elevator at street level that could take you to your floor. Just saying. But yes, a very nice hotel.
