Room big, ok, but we had an extremely soiled carpet in the TV area of our „Jr Suite“ (euphemism). Bed was very soft, toilet was clogged on our second day, there were teabags but no water heater etc. A little more love for the details would go a long way! The hotel is in a very nice area if town, great shopping malls close by, the lounge is nice too. The room disappointed us.

Friendly and attentive staff. The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and noticeably higher quality than nearby brunch options. One star off for bedding comfort — the mattress was quite soft, the pillows lacked support, and the blanket didn’t have a cover. Manageable with some adjustment (using the flat sheet then cover with the blanket), but could be improved.
