First time visiting Phoenix and near the Arizona Financial Theater. Hyatt Place was only 2 blocks away from the theater and the surrounding was quiet. Hotel was very cozy, clean and looks new.

Perfect at The Place

Ebony, at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was a breeze. The room was large, clean and comfortable.The location was great for the concert venue we attended.
