The room was clean. Staff was so-so, a few of them didn’t seem to want to be there. Nice hotel but had low energy. We stayed for two nights and was surprised to hear that housekeeping would not be available. Last time I checked, Covid protocols were no longer in place

The TV in our room did not work and our air conditioning did not work at check-in. The gentleman who did the necessary fixed was very efficient and very polite. Valets were extremely helpful and friendly. The rest of the people we interacted with were efficient - not overly helpful or friendly. They did their jobs but nothing else.

Room was updated and clean. The divider wall was pointless and cut the room off. The staff was amazing, very courteous and well informed. The only issue was the frint desk staff gave us (3) free breakfasts for the following morning. As we came downstairs to redeem, we were told the kithchen was closed and there was no hot breakfasts! Overall great place to stay!
