We had a great experience at Aloft, even though we only stayed one night. The lobby is very pretty and modern. We enjoyed quality family time playing billiards and hanging out by the pool area. The room is very bright and clean. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are Drybar products, which smell really good and work very well. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the pet fee was reasonable.

Staff was super helpful and nice. The hotel is maintained well. However, if I had known they didn’t have a liquor license, I wouldn’t have booked. I was looking forward to hanging out at the bar for a glass of wine.

What the staff does NOT tell you at check in when they ask for your licenses plate number is that you have to pay to park. Had I been given this information I would have paid onsite or with the checkin staff. Instead I was hit with a $75 fee. And also who makes there paying guests pay for parking? Will not stay here again due to not being transparent

No free breakfast. Just the coffee and tea. There’s a marijuana dispensary next door like a 5 minute walk or less if that’s your thing. Bosa donuts are always good, close to airport to walk and take take tram or if you want to take the shuttle, you have that option too. Paying for parking is dumb.
