Room was okay , air conditioning was super loud and could hear people trampling around on the floor above at 5 am. The beds were hard. The breakfast was terrible- I paid 34$ in advance for breakfast that would have cost $24 if paid at the hotel. The WXYZ bar service was ok understood that the bartender had to serve the bar and the lobby so I’m sure that’s what contributed to the slower service, however Brie was friendly and our drinks and tacos were great. The parking was confusing and it wasn’t even mentioned when I checked in , glad one of us noticed so the car wasn’t towed. Likely won’t return.

Front desk lady was rude at check-in & when I came down for my Noon shuttle at check-out AT exactly noon. She sked me to sign the pad without seeing anything that I was signing. When I said I have no idea what I'm signing, the front desk rudely said she knows she told me it was for incidentals & said she told me twice (she mentioned incidentals once along with asking for my ID, and didnt actually say its incidentals that I am signing for). So I guess we are all just supposed to blindly sign pads for whatever it could be for... after someone verbally tells us whatever they want to tell us it's for with rudeness. Reserved my Noon shuttle beforehand. My phone literally said it was 12:00 when I was in the elevator. When I came off, the shuttle already left. At the latest, it was 12:01 when I was in the lobby, but pretty sure it was still 12:00. She basically called me a liar and said I showed up late & yelled at me when I questioned how it could have left already. Security guard came over once SHE was rasing her voice and he tried to calm the issue. I get it if it is maybe 12:05, but at 12:00 when you have another person on the list for 12:00? I also observed the same front desk lady being rude to a customer on the phone while waiting for the shuttle. Room was nice enough in all aspects...except it smelled like Marijuana once you walk in, and couldn't get the smell out because the windows don't open. Had to smell it all night.

Staff were polite & helpful. Bed is very comfortable + hotel has nice clean modern rooms. Bar service food options are limited, but it worked well for me. Personal size pizza was better than expected. It was not busy & service was fast.
