Employee that checked us in was friendly. Got to room and wasn't as expected. Tub faucet wouldn't turn off completely so water was constantly running. No soap and not enough towels for the two guests (only had for one person).Asked office for more towels and was told they were in the process of being washed. Returned to the office after swimming to ask for two towels. They only had one available. In the room, I killed at least two cockroaches. Saw others but couldn't get to them fast enough to kill them. There was droppings and egg cases in the dresser. . Was a bit afraid to sleep there as I didn't want the roaches to get into my belongings. Had to check out early to catch a flight and had to slide key into an unsecured area to return it. Was worried someone was going to get a hold of it and potentially trash the room.

Was clean to an extent. There was bugs and it very disgusting. They gave no extra towels, no trash can for the room, TV barely worked and they only had a very small bar of soap to wash hands. Very lousy and could do better

Terrible, please read!

No trash can, bathroom walls, doors, bathtub, door frames, were falling apart and gross. Half roll of toilet paper. Towels that looked like they were used to wash a dirty car. Roaches crawling around. Bathroom window cracked. Refrigerator was dirty. Floor was dirty with cracked/missing tiles. Door to room had open space at bottom about 1½ inches, had to stick a towel underneath. Ac unit worked 80% of the time. There were greasy handprints on the headboard and a RFID card reader chip inside the tag of one of the pillows. Tv had to be replaced because it wasn't working. Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing.

The room we were given was quite run down. Sheets and pillow cases were washed but still had stains. Walls, ceilings and furniture was in disrepair.

It's an old building that has been cleaned up as best as $ could afford. The white pillows were more like smokey white and one torn. There were no wastebaskets. I canNOT recommend it. I prefer to pay more for more decent conditions!

Stay away.

Terrible place to stay "extended wise". I had pest control walk into my room without PRIOR notice from the property, I was showering and my daughter was asleep in the bed, than I didn't hurry up enough housekeeping also came to interrupt me. Our coffee maker didn't work, I called the front desk. They said they would replace it never got one. Towels were so hard to come by as well. The standard are obviously NOT THERE.
