This hotel is all newly renovated. All guest rooms are new from top to bottom, new furniture new carpet and totally renovated bathroom. Lobby, breakfast area. corridors are also completely renovated. Hotel is minutes from Old Town. All the staff that I interacted. with in my week long stay were very polite and friendly. Continental breakfast that is provided free is more than adequate considering thee price of the hotel. If anyone finds a reason to complain about this hotel it's because they are just going to complain about anything and everything. This is a great place to stay. - definitely 5 stars in every respect.

The property clearly had just been in a remodel. It was clean and nicely furnished. However, there was no regulator on the heating and cooling unit. With AC it was set to 72 and I woke up with it at 58. I than turned on the heater and set to 68. I woke up and the room was 88 degrees. I notified staff and they said they would notify someone. I never heard more and that night it was the same issue. Also the toilet seat was loose and needed tightened. Another guest in the breakfast room reported similar issues.

Great place to stay newly renovated the beds are so comfy & clean…very quiet and Scottsdale Fashion Show Mall down the street for shopping & dining. Easy check in with a little snack shop and breakfast 6-10 which is longer than most. I love this place!

Nice area

Have stayed here before when the hotel was remodeling. Almost finished now. Great job. Love the location, but was told by staff it will be a different name in March. Rates will be quite a bit more, so will probably not be able to stay again

Good location. Not good desk, staff, no breakfast

We arrived to check in and the woman at the desk told us that the computer was down and that we couldn’t check in yet. I asked when it would be fixed and she said it could be 10 minutes or it could be longer. I said were we able to check in tonight and she said I’m not sure you’ll have to come back later. After hours and hours of traveling, we couldn’t even check into our room and she made it seem like we weren’t going to be able to check in at all!!!!! Which is absolutely ridiculous We just traveled almost 15 hours and we are exhausted. We had an event to attend that night and we couldn’t even change shower and get ready because our hotel room was not able to be checked into because the system was down. She did not give us any guidelines or give us any help whatsoever. She just said could be 10 minutes. Might not even be tonight. Breakfast was also a reason we booked this hotel and due to remodeling it was CLOSED. There was also construction going on in the room next-door starting at 8 o’clock in the morning every single morning. We were attending events that we were out late for and this was not a good awakening. Not to mention after I’ve gotten home I did not get my entire security deposit back which makes absolutely no sense. We left their own spotless.
