The property was descent, main concern is there is nothing in the rooms even though it is an extended stay. No dishes at all or soap for cleaning, things you normally see at an extended stay. The staff was really nice but definitely short staffed.

The mattress was horrible, I ached everywhere When I booked it said there was a complimentary breakfast grab and go. There was not they discontinued it.

The kitchen was clean, and the fridge maintained a good temperature for storing food. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay. However, I didn't like the carpet, as it seemed to trigger more allergies compared to parquet flooring. A different flooring option might improve the overall experience.

What's going on?!

Terrible experience. The Front Office was locked, no one answered the phone. I had to find another hotel at 11 PM at night. The hotel or Hotels.com charged by card and I didn't even stay there! I want my money back! Help me!

-The Office was hard to find upon arrival -The Wifi never worked -The room was not ready on time and I had to call ahead after giving two extra hours for it to be cleaned to be told it just needed a shower curtain. -The couch did not come with sheets and they were out of pillows upon asking at the front desk. Other than that, its location is the nicest thing about it and the convenient parking was a plus.

It was not good. We booked under the pretense it would be like the Extended Stay places we’ve stayed. It was no. No hair dryer, one very small container of shampoo for two people, no conditioner, no coffee maker, and the refrigerator looked like someone did boxing practice in it. Horrible. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again. False advertisement and disgraced for the truth.
