Every staff member was very friendly and ghe room was nice. The only downside is that its not really close to anything. To get food you have to either walk 20 min or get an uber/lyft/waymo.

This hotel has always been clean and has had great amenities, breakfast, little workout fitness area. The staff has always been so helpful and polite. They have a good customer service. My only complaint is that for the price that we paid it was pretty hefty for a Holiday Inn express $252 because there was an event going on in the downtown. We booked this three months in advance for two queen because there was three of us And they did not have that room available for us. We checked in at a reasonable hour around 5 PM and all they had was a king size with a pullout bed. Of course we took that because that’s all they had, but I really was disappointed that they didn’t have our reservation that we had made and paid for.

Even tho the area is rough this was a very secured place. The room was clean, the restroom had Dove products, from the hand soap, lotion, body wash to the shampoo and conditioner. Continental breakfast was delicious. They actually served pork sausages rather than the typical “turkey” sausage. They had a machine that made pancakes with just the push of a button. Their coffee machine was quite impressive. Definitely would take the kids back to this location
