The staff was extremley rude . Ill not sya at that gotel afain. I also dobt think ill be using Expedia again either as no changes can be made after reservation is made. Life happens and sometimes thing change. This hotel would not allow any cganges and I was not told about parking!! Pay for parking? Never again. This hotel is in areaidential area. Down town i can see. This whole experience sucked!!!

Very clean and friendly. Was disappointed to find out upon arrival that there is a daily parking charge and that breakfast was not included for all guests. Both of these are fine but should be called out more clearly on the website.

Lovely stay while visiting Chandler.

The hotel was very nice, quiet and room was clean. The only issue we had was the a/c didn't seem right. We turned it down but it seemed that the room didn't cool down as much as we would have liked. It turned off before the desired temp. The pool area was nice and clean .The location was ideal for us and convenient for restaurants and the Dr's office we were in town for.
