Definitely did not like the check in. Check in was at 3:00. I arrived at 3:40 and was told my room was not ready and would not be for another 45-50 minutes. I was only coming to relax at the pool so I wasn’t real happy. I was offered a smaller room, but that would not have been suitable for our group. I was not offered any other discount for my inconvenience.

Awsome stay!

We enjoyed our stay, and will be back. Check in was very easy, room was very clean when we arrived, staff was nice, breakfast had plenty of options and was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, as well as the patio area outside our room.
