When we arrived to check in there was NO ONE at front desk we. stood there for a bit, when I was getting ready to use my phone to call Hyatt to see where they were at then someone finally came. But the stay is always good.

The hotel lobby was ok, check in lady was nice and welcoming. However they could maintain better the hallways and the rooms. I stayed for 4 nights and they said room service was every two day and they never went, I had to call to get new towels. Overall was clean.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Phoenix/Mesa. The breakfast was good overall, with a decent variety. However, the orange juice didn’t taste good. The soda station in my room and some of the seating areas were a bit small and felt cramped. The stay was okay, but there’s room for improvement.
