Great breakfast, older hotel with good service

Overall our stay was nice. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and they kept it full right until closing time which we appreciated. The pool area was well kept (just like the pictures) but the "heated" pool was way too cold to swim in so we enjoyed the hot tub instead. The staff get 5 stars for friendliness and accommodating our room requests. The room itself was very clean but the hotel overall was a bit older and it showed in the worn furniture, body holes in the mattresses, etc. It's not the brand new posh feel, but was fine for our getaway. Location was central and easy to access Walmart, restaurants, freeway and more.

Nice clean hotel. Located within walking distance to Bass pro shop and a shopping center. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Hotel room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Pillows on the bed are small.

This property needs upgrading. We requested housekeeping, and we did not get any. Our room was not cleaned. We had to leave a day early, and they refused to give us credit for the night. We did not stay. That is totally unacceptable. We will not be staying at this property again.

Small square pillows inadequate

My only complaint was the small square pillows that had no support (too soft). I guess this is where the cost cutting was at this hotel; cheap pillows.

We stayed for two night when we were in Mesa for a wedding. It was a great location and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good.
