The staff were amazing and helpful. Karen, the lead host was always hustling and going above and beyond especially during breakfast time. The breakfast was great. Always well stocked and a good assortment of items. Only thing that was not great were the pillows. They were all very flat. Close to the airport and not far from many dining options or attractions.

I had a nice stay. The rooms are nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuffle was very convenient from the airport and back and forth to spring training baseball.

Mostly disappointing

Beds were nice. Only 1 sink in bathroom. HVAC not working. Repair person "fixed" it by unplugging it, so we went from hot to cold all night long. When we told the woman at the front desk, she did not apologize.

Excellent stay

Bar with salads and sandwiches made to order—perfect as not much in the area. Super close to airport. Quiet overnight. We were accommodated to check in early. Highly recommend this property. Good value.

Innings Fest

We stayed at this hotel for the Innings Music Festival, and overall, it was a solid choice. The hotel was clean, and the room setup worked really well for multiple travelers. The beds weren’t the most comfortable for us, but that’s a personal preference and may not be an issue for others. One of the best surprises was the shuttle service to the festival drop-off—it wasn’t something we expected, but it made a huge difference and was incredibly convenient. However, the service at the front desk was a bit lackluster. The staff were young and not the most engaging, but it wasn’t a terrible experience—just an area that could use some improvement. All in all, a good stay with some great perks, and we’d consider staying again!

Nice area. Clean rooms. Unfortunately we paid for a king suite and upon checking in they told us they only had double bed rooms available. That was extremely inconvenient, they didnt offer any reimbursement for the difference in rooms.
