The property was a very short walk away from the basketball and baseball venues, as well as the various convention centers. Having the Fry's grocery and pharmacy right across the road is a fantastic added benefit. It gets a little loud with the LRT and music from EDEN/Pool area in the early evening before the time when both go to "quiet mode".

The staff was very helpful. AD was working the valet and he evn helped bring our bags to the room as the bell cart was not available. He went over the top, got us checked in in time to make our event.

First night left with no towels in the bathroom. Found a few in the closet which I thought was weird, but when housekeeping restocked the towels the next day I could see that they obviously hadn’t even tried the day prior. Billing issue I couldn’t get resolved during my stay. Elevators were slow one day and out the next for repairs. At check out staff told me they were not able to print a receipt for me, even though they were able to print one out for another guest who had booked and paid the same way I had. When I had to go back and ask again they couldn’t understand why the first staff member had told me that.
