Pictures of the rooms do NOT match what we got. This property is in a clean, safe location. However, the back door to the building does NOT lock as it states on the door, and the parking lot is full of potholes. The flooring looks new but the walls and doors need attention. We were placed in a handicap-accessible room that had a bigger space throughout but was extremely lacking in counter space and/or shelves and had a bad smell. The bathroom is very spacious but only has 1 tiny shelf overlapping the side of the lowered sink that could fit the soap, the tiny bottles of shampoo, toothpaste, and a toothbrush or 2. There are no hooks on the walls for towels or clothes. The room only has one small corner shelf that houses the coffee pot and has room for only a makeup bag. Our room did have a refrigerator and microwave, but other rooms in our party did not. Breakfast was less than par with very few options. 1 elevator was out of order and the other one was temperamental. We did have an okay stay for the price, but there needs to be some upkeep and upgrades to make it more convenient and inviting.

Nice staff and pleasant surroundings. The hotel needs to do some touch up work on the building and furniture. The door locks need to be fixed or replaced. Each time we returned to our room, we had to go back to the front desk to have our key card rekeyed.

My family and I had an overall decent stay here. Our first room smelled like cigarettes real bad. We requested a non smoking room since our youngest has asthma, brought our concern to the front desk who gave us another room without hesitation. The rooms were a bit outdated and didnt look like the pictures but we only stayed a night so there were really no complaints, all that mattered was we had a place to sleep and accommodations were made without any sort of difficulties.

I would stay again

The property is looking a little aged. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The elevators are slow and in need of a good cleaning. The breakfast was sufficient but nothing world changing. Overall, are stay was nice and i would stay there again.

Our key card didn’t work for the first day and after getting it fixed at the front desk, they still didn’t work. The walls are incredibly thin and you can hear everything. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable.
