We loved this property. Very clean, well maintained and in the quiet town of Fountain Hills. It is right across from the fountain and 2 awesome restaurants. Desk clerk was very courteous and friendly. We will be coming back.

Fantastic location. The park across the street is incredible. It has a great walking path around the pond, multiple playgrounds, and a splash pad as well as great restaurants and shops facing the water. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with comfortable rooms. We stayed here with our toddler and had a great time.

Second stay as good as the first

Fountain Hills and The Fountain Park Hotel are a great place to stay away from the traffic and congestion near Phoenix and Scottsdale. Relaxing, no traffic in town, and convenient shopping and dining options. Our drive to the airport on Saturday morning took 35 minutes. We would do this again on a return visit to the Phoenix area.

Not great

Check in is at 3, arrived at 3:05. Room was not ready for an hour. Hair in the ice bucket. At breakfast the mictowave wasnt working and the employee in the room got snotty with me saying that I was doing it wrong.... the microwave started working correctly after being unplugged.
