This snowbird paradise is located in the Sunland Village 55+ community in Mesa. Quiet neighborhood. Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Golf clubs are available for your use.
This home features 2200 sqft, 2 bedrooms and a large "bonus" room with games and pool table. The kitchen is beautiful and newly updated.

Located 15 - 25 minutes from Downtown Mesa, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, Chicago Cubs Spring Training facility, Phoenix Open, and hospitals.

At least one guest must be 55+ years of age in order to rent. No RV's and No more than 1 pets allowed.

Quiet and Comfortable

A nice quiet neighborhood and a house with comfortable furnishings. It proved to be the ideal base for revisiting people and places in and around the East Valley.

4062 Clovis Circle

The property and community were so perfect for us. We loved the backyard patio and so did our little dog. The house was spacious. The clubhouse was perfect for dining in or pick up. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen nook eating area was perfect for 2 . I tried to arrange for February 2025 but the home was already booked and I can see why! Thank you, Peter and Brina

Great home in a nice neighborhood

Our mother stayed here for 6 weeks while we remodeled our home. Easy check in, clean home on a nice cul de sac street with minimal traffic. Home is bigger and more updated than it looks online, plenty of space to enjoy. Peter was a great host and very communicative. Easy to get to freeway and tons of shopping nearby is always nice too.

Property was large and well taken care of. Only complaint was the furniture was not very comfortable. (No recliner and sofa sagged). Kitchen was a little under-furnished. (Not even salt and pepper). No clock. Very attentive manager however. Loved the location. Probably would not return only because of high cost

spacious home in safe neighborhood. Friendly responsive owners. Comfortable beds. Worn uncomfortable furniture in family room. No cable tv. Inadequate lighting throughout, could not read in bed. No ice maker. Only one garage door operable. Patio uncomfortable, high close walls, bare turf, old furniture. Difficult to operate oven. Would not rent again.

Very clean, spacious home in relaxing, peaceful neighborhood

We enjoyed this 55+ community so much! Loved all the brick ranch homes and the quiet neighborhood. The dog park and pond were wonderful to walk to. The house was so spacious and very clean. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before check in. They even let us check in a few hours early and left us complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine! The kitchen was well supplied and stocked with what we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Especially enjoyed all the light coming thru the house, the unique closing window shutters, and the pool table room. A great value for a vacation rental in Mesa!

Great location, great neighbors, dog friendly

Our stay was really comfortable. As the pictures show the house is a bit aged and with a freshen up (paint) it would liven up the place. Honestly no complaints. We were fortunate to meet the owner Ronnie and he was so kind. We’d stay here again and look forward to getting back to Arizona soon.
