The old lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I booked through Expedia and nowhere did it say it had to be booked under the name on my ID. This is my first time booking a hotel and so I was unaware of the things you might need to do. There was a man who was infromt of us and when he rang the bell, she made him wait 25 minutes before she finally got to the front. When the man was done with his buisness, and we went over, she disappeared even when i knew she saw us. When i was about to ring the bell she came over and looked at us like we were interrupting her alone time. She demanded our IDs and gave us a nasty look, and when we did, she yelled at the both of me and my friend about not having a reservation under either of our names. When I told her I was unaware that I had to do that, and the name I booked the room under was my preferred name, she yelled at me and told me that she cant give us our room unless its booked under the name on our IDs. She then told us to put it up with Expedia and when I did, (the assistant was very nice and understanding) The assistant had called her and asked to see if she could change the name on her end. She yelled at the assistant and was very rude and not understanding and didn't want to try and solve the situation in any way. Given all the bad reviews about this old hag, I'm surprised she hasn't been fired. Please do something about this. She's 100% tanking your reviews. Do better.
