The night check in window is creepy. The person at the desk was not welcoming. Felt like she was accusing me of hiding an additional guest or pet. Was surprised I was charge a parking fee! I have never been charged to park at a hotel. The room doesn’t even have a blow dryer!

The clerk at the front counter was incredibly rude. Very cold and her tone was unfriendly. There was nothing on our end to even bring about this attitude. She was unfriendly out the gate. Room was “smoke free” but smelt like an ash tray.

Front desk old lady extremely rude to everyone! She needs to be retrained in customer service and common sense. Prostitute getting into an Uber in the parking lot. Questionable people.

The property was safe and clean. Very walkable to the Mall and to public transportation. The heater/air conditioner was a little 'quirky', but the rest of my room was clean and comfortable.

Too expensive for a bed/shower

I would like to heat water for tea or coffee in the room. You have to go to the front office to borrow an Iron, hair dryer, coffee or hot water. One good thing was we were in Dillard's parking lot within walking distance. For $196 a night, it was too expensive for a bed and shower.

The people in the front office were great, very friendly and eeger to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were very basic. The flooring in the bathrooms was very water damaged causing it to bubble up. It was like walking on a trampoline.
