The room was clean and the staff was nice, but the bed creaked to the point of waking me up when I moved. Also, there was no privacy; I could hear my neighbor's normal level conversations. Additionally, as a single woman traveling alone, I was concerned by the fact that they put me in the furthest possible room, right next to the stairs and the laundry chute.

AWFUL! No pillow top bed, pillows so small they’re for children. Called front desk for extra pillows for a broken leg and told they don’t supply pillows for feet. They sent a repairman for the toilet instead of pillows. No manager on duty. 180$ wasted and miserable stay.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We discovered there was no hot water in the shower and when we called the front desk they only said “Thanks for letting us know”. No comp. No offer to change rooms. Won’t be returning to a Radisson.

No drinking cups in the room and no bottled water as promised at check in. The lighted refrigerator is a nuisance when trying to sleep. 2 hour wait to complete meal service - not your fault. Snacks in your “for purchase” bar are stale and out of date.
