Sol Villa has 12 beds across 7 bedrooms. 2 rollaway beds available upon request. This home has 4 levels, perfect to spread out! Primary with ensuite bathroom and two additional rooms, and full bath upstairs. Living area with an open indoor/outdoor concept , inviting kitchen, and laundry/mud room on main level. Three more bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. The basement level features the last bedroom, a large game room that has pool table, darts, poker table and chips, Ms Pacman, card games, and its own massage room. The massage room can be converted to an additional bedroom with two rollaway beds upon request.

Every single room has a smart tv with apps that include Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu (Live Sports and TV), HBO Max, and several other apps. You can wirelessly connect via airplay or connect via one of the available HDMI connections. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-in-1 Cuisinart coffee maker (ground coffee or k-cup pods), a 4-zone gas stove top with a double oven and a heating drawer.

The outdoor amenities include a heated pool (optional and by request), brand new hot tub, sectional by the gas fire pit, 5 hole putting green, ping-pong, giant Jenga, bag toss. Enjoy a meal cooked on the 9-zone BBQ grill with two side burners and a rotisserie cooker, at the outdoor dining table under the large, lit up pergola.

*We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits can not be rescheduled or delayed.

*The pool company visits the property on Tuesdays / Thursday's between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm. The landscapers may arrive at the property on Monday / Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

*Check-out is at 11:00 am. Please note that outdoor staff arrives at 10:30 am to start with the exterior of the property.*

* One night stays are strictly limited to 8 people on the property at all times. No exceptions. All other reservations of two nights or more are allowed the maximum occupancy of 16 people on the property at any given time. All vendors/visitors must be pre-approved by us in writing before their arrival to the property.

**When you book the home, please note that an incidental security deposit fee is necessary. For non-Arizona residents, the fee is $1,500 and for Arizona residents, it's $2,000. We'll send you the request after booking. Payment must be paid no later than 6 days before reservation arrival date. Failure to pay the incidental fee will lead to withholding the check-in code. Any applicable refunds will adhere to agreed-upon cancellation policy during booking.**
