The experience was terrible mainly because of Expedia’s inflexibility on how they handle emergency situations, and also the terrible communication which led to the property canceling my reservation causing me to have a different room than what I already pre-paid for. Poor experience by Expedia with no help from their management team, and a poor experience at the property itself. The only saving grace was from the property manager who understood the situation, was apologetic, and offered some Hyatt points for later use.

Very Cold

Our room was nice but the AC was on the entire trip and it was not fixed. It was very uncomfortable at night. Luckily, we were busy throughout the day but the nights were arctic chiled.
