Clean, comfortable bed. Huge TV. My only complaint was that I requested someone come empty the trash and replenish some towels. It took over 24 hours for someone to do so. But honestly, if that’s my only negative about a place, then it’s pretty good.

Seriously long wait for room, then room not clean

Delayed check in. We got there before 1:00 and they told us that the rooms were being cleaned. And they were super super busy and trying to catch up. We advise them we would be waiting in the lobby and we basically sat in the lobby for 4 hours and then on my third check at the front desk to see if the room was ready he tells me oh yeah he says the rooms ready and it's been ready for a little bit how can I help you. Checked in the check-in was easy piece of cake however when we got up to the room after spending all that time waiting for it to be cleaned yes the bed was made the linens had a funky smell to them the towels were brittle and hard not soft and welcoming at all. The room had been vacuumed but along the tiled edges was dirt and fuzz and it was totally unbelievable they don't clean the corners or the edges of the small tiled space. Very clean shower though and a nice view from my balcony

Horrible experience

Super rude customer service as I was checking in ans rooms weren’t ready and wouldn’t allow a one hour late check out !!!! Will never come back and beds are so uncomfortable and super stained Because of no rooms ready at 6pm I was super late to my event !!

I was very disappointed with customer service checking in and the carpets were dirty. My room was clean but windows had a film on it. Overall carpets in walkways and entry needed vacuuming. Check in felt not personal after I drove a long way and I felt not welcome but a bother. Price of the room was overpriced for what I received.

Nice place, room was spacious-but the guests above us were very loud. I could have sworn there was supposed to be free breakfast, but there was only a counter of a few things that you could purchase.

Nice hotel. Gorgeous courtyard. Close to freeway, restaurants, and all other kinds of stores. Even let us check in early. But.... Very few lounge chairs around the pool and several of those were broken. They only service your room when asked. We asked, they forgot. Seating in courtyard needed cleaning/recovering.
