The bed was extra firm! You had to use the channel button on the television because it wouldn’t allow type in the channel! They also didn’t do daily room cleaning you had to request it! Other then that it was a great stay and would stay again if I had to but it wouldn’t be my first choice!

This was our 3rd stay and we enjoyed it each time. Good access to the island and can walk to Kroger and a 24/7 drive thru Burger King that is literally 3 right turns or so from the hotel. They have mini Dove shampoo/conditioner,lotion and bar soap. Clean rooms and comfy beds and cold air! Big fridge worked well. Wonderful breakfast and we got there right when it stopped because we thought it was an hour later that it closed but the lady working there let us get All we needed before closing it down. We slept good clearly! The breakfast was perfect back in our room at the two seat table it offers. The breakfast room does have a couple high chairs so that helps moms like me a lot!! The coffee is an automatic Folgers machine and it’s very good & they have the good coffee mate creamer which is a plus for coffee drinkers.They have one indoor pool and one outdoor pool. The indoor area is a little outdated but the water is clean, There is a questionable waterfall area thing in the corner which looked like it could have been an old hot tub or kiddie pool in the past so they filled it in with Rocky scenery and a waterfall.I remember thinking it wasn’t safe for a kid to be around so if you have small kids watch them around that. I personally think that is a hazard and should be removed. The outdoor pool is smaller but still cute clean bright blue water surrounded by colorful lawn chairs. The front pull out spots are the only con,you can avoid the blind spots by exciting out of the side

The bed was very hard and the toilet was too low to the floor. My back hurts the whole time we where there on the mattress. Will not come back to this hotel. Thank you. The service was ok

Disappointed with the accommodations musty odor

We checked in and had to pay a fee to check in early. Upon going to our room, there was a strong musty odor in the room. We stopped bythe breakfast area, and swimming pool. Overall it was not what we expected. We checked out within half hour of checking in and went to a different hotel that we had stayed at previously. Although we did have to pay for a one night stay and the additional $10 for early check-in.

This hotel was awesome! Definitely would recommend it! Very friendly and helpful staff, very close to everything u want and need and trolley stops, pet policy was great, and the hot breakfast made our mornings fantastic! The pools were nice, clean and refreshing after a long day of activities. Would definitely book this hotel again! Thank u for making our vacation a little easier!

The location is right in town. The people (staff) were extremely friendly. The room was very clean and spacious. We never made it to the breakfast. The hours were 6-9 and we slept in so I couldnt tell you about that. I would stay there again.

Our first time staying at Baymont, the staff was very friendly, very clean, the property was clean and the indoor/outdoor pools was very clean.We enjoyed our stay very much and will be booking with Baymont as it was our favorite place to stay. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It was a short walking distance to the Island which made it even better.

Weekend get away

Awesome and very friendly staff, two nice little pools, one inside and one outside. Breakfast was good, waffles, eggs, sausage and cereal. Dog walk and poop bags on the property. Close to everything but the only downside was all the traffic and outside noise, not the hotel’s fault. A lot of families and well lit parking area.

The entire stay was very noisy. I couldn't determine where the noise was coming from, whether above, below, or adjacent to our room. It started very early in the morning, and lasted well into the night. It almost sounded like a construction crew at work, and it made our stay very uncomfortable.
