Staff was excellent, hotel was very clean and the front lobby smelled amazing. Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was awesome as was the shower. The hotel breakfast was s pleasant surprise. So many options but the gravy & biscuit, eggs and sausage were great. Three kinds of juice and the coffee was good. Close to many restaurants.

The hotel's elevator was broken and we were on the third floor. It was challenging for my disabled daughter to get to our room. In our room, the floors were filthy, the beds had hair in them and the room was constantly wet. I never felt unsafe, but it was not a hotel I would stay in again.

Decent, comfortable stay. No frills.

Our stay was good for a place to sleep and shower. Breakfast was decent. It’s a good location and comfortable enough if you’re not wanting to stay at the hotel and lounge. It’s dated, but clean and convenient. I’d stay there again for a Dollywood or hiking trip where I wasn’t spending a lot of time at the hotel.

Our room looked like it had been open in a while, not dirty, just a layer of dust on everything, no toilet paper, and not many toiletries, and they were just placed randomly around bathroom.
