Very disappointed. Spent a lot of money for a precarious room. No phone in the from to reach the front desk, tried calling them from my phone with the number on the website no success either. Extremely awful experience, will not go again.

Muito incrível a vila das pedras,tudo muito lindo,uma espaço incrível,muitas opções,as crianças amaram. Nos colocaram um um chalé muito lindo o único ponto negativo que eu achei que as madeiras ficavam estralando mas acredito que seja por conta de diferença de temperatura,e o banheiro e o quarto tinha hora que ficava com cheiro diferente,não sei se é encanacao ou o cheiro da madeira mesmo; mas se eu pudesse dar 1000 estrelas eu daria,muito bom,recomendo de olhos fechados, o café da manhã maravilhoso,as camas muito confortável,a limpeza do local no geral muito boa. Estão de parabéns.

Muito caro para o serviço que oferece

Pousada muito cara para o serviço que oferece. Quartos antigos, limpeza de baixa qualidade, banheiros com azulejos sujos, internet péssima, não pegava dentro do quarto; TV não era smart e ainda o sinal de tv a cabo ruim. Propõe-se a ser um local com diversas opções para que o hóspede não precise sair. No entanto, um dos restaurantes estava fechado e só a pizzaria funcionava de noite, porém, deveria ser fechada pelo péssimo atendimento. Uma pizza demorava, em média, duas horas para ficar pronta e nem gostosa era. Sem falar nos preços praticados, absurdos!! Uma long neck custa 18,50 + 10%. Nem no aeroporto ou num cabaré a bebida sai a esse preço. Todas as refeições com preços caros e a maioria de baixa qualidade. Falta gestão à pousada, que não organiza a contratação de mais pessoas pars oferecer atendimento adequado em épocas de alta temporada ou feriadão, como foi meu caso. Os funcionários fazem o máximo que podem, mas é pouco. No mais, a internet é horrível, não tem nos quartos. É preciso sair e ficar perto do bar para acessar. Se precisar trabalhar ou envuar um email, terá dificuldade. Como excelência da pousada, cito o café da manhã, realmente, muito bom e diversificado, e servido em amplo horário. Além disso, o atendimento dos funcionários que fazem o que está ao alcance deles. No geral, dou 2 estrelas e meia para a pousada.

Café da manhã bem variado e saboroso. Piscinas com temperatura muito boa. Funcionários prestativos e educados. Ambiente aconchegante. Apenas a limpeza do quarto que foi um pouco demorada, mas no geral valeu a pena a estadia.
