Lousy breakfast, no fruit, bagel, danish, or yogurt. Lamp shade in room 219 chipping away. Mold in bathroom tub. Super slippery tub, no bath matt available at front desk. No refilled soap or products in tub. Why won't the independent owners invest and respect this property, upkeep it by having good quality control. Room felt damp. Room dark, not enough light. Poor reviews in Expedia not taken seriously for years, yet same feedback. And the price, why am I paying 260 per night?!? A very bad first BW+ experience.

It seemed that the hotel was being cheap, this might sound strange there were no tissues in the main room you had to get up and go into the bathroom in order to get a tissue.
