The only thing that didn’t make sense to me was we were there about three hours early and she checked to see if her room was available and said that it was but then there was a $50 early check-in fee. I didn’t see that in writing anywhere and it seemed odd since the room was actually available.

The property was average, the night staff was super friendly but didn't know how to handle park and fly payment. I had a handicap accessible room that I did not need, but it was a nice clean room with nice access to the outside and my car. The shower curtain was sucked when I turned on the shower and rubbed me all while I showered. When I step out of the shower I had water from the shower covering 1/4 of the floor. I did get the water mopped with the 2 bath towels and the flower towel, but still it was a mess. Bed was great, the room was nice and quiet. Morning staff was good, but was busy trying to set up breakfast and you had wait for them to get done or come out of the kitchen to wait on you. Shuttle was perfect and the driver was very helpful.

We arrived at the hotel around 8pm. We waited at the front desk for almost 15 minutes before someone showed up. We get to our room and the tv didn’t work. They did move us to another room. Breakfast was awful. Not much to choose from. It is a convenient area close to the airport.
