Generally a very nice property close to Times Square and Bryant Park. Just marked down a point as the doorman left me to struggle out with my own luggage after me refusing to take the hotel car service despite a generous tip and there are no automatic doors at the property - they are really pushy about the car service.

The location is great, right in the heart of Times Sq and next to the subway. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff are wonderful. Rooftop bar was fantastic too!

Constructions fumes were horrible!

The hotel was doing some remodeling on our floor and the fumes that were coming through to our room were horrible. Luckily we weren’t in the room much, but when we came back to sleep it was very hard to sleep with the fumes and the headache I know have from it.
