The hospitality of all staff tjat we encountered was top notch with sincere friendliness and always asking if they could help with anything. Excellent room size and the big bonus of free a round of free drinks and two drinks per person for buck each along with an optional hot meal for free and a tasty breakfast with many hot and cold options which you'll enjoy in the grand, formal lobby of this former Federal Reserve Bank. Valet parking on site and a late night bar which we visited after a concert. If you're stayin Pittsburgh this hotel should be your go to

Excellent location for a Pens game!

Excellent location, friendly staff, enjoyed the 8th floor patio, and the food was a nice touch during the stay. Didn’t realize I needed to check out the history of the vault in the lower floor until I was checking out!

This hotel was exactly what we needed when attending a two day conference at the convention center. It’s only a 5 minute walk to convention and there are several restaurants close by. They serve a very good hot breakfast and an amazing good evening meal from 5:30-7:00. Would stay here again
