We loved our unit. It was spacious, comfortable, and had a homey feeling, very close to T and many dining choices. The staff was kind, courteous, and helpful, even though the night guy took awhile to bring us more towels and TP. We hope to return on our next trip to the city.

Pros & Cons: Pros: The location of the hotel is fabulous and the rooms are amazing! They are very large, the bathroom is large with a huge shower and the main room is excellent. One could easily stay for a month! Cons: The 2 front desk men were rude and very unpleasant. The elevators and our entire floor reaked

Seating issues with 2 bedroom suite

The room was amazing and everything worked well the only issue we had was we got a 2 bedroom suite and they had one 2 person couch and then wall with no seating on the side the chairs were not comfortable at the island to sit for extended periods could easily be remedied with another sofa or some comfortable chairs on the side with the wall, other than that everything was amazing just 4 adults had no room to sit comfortably together

We had an amazing 2-br suite overlooking the city. The spot next to Point Park is perfect, and the best part about this place is their gym. The Etage Athletic Club is by far the best workout opportunity that I've ever had at a hotel stay--incredible gym.
