Great location! Bars & restaurants super close. Musuems a quick drive across a bridge. Pillows were awful. Front desk could have been a little nicer, but hey, we all have grumpy pants on sometimes.

Amanda is amazing!

This hotel was amazing overall but I want to say how wonderful Amanda at the front desk was. I had booked our room on Hotels.com and there was an issue with the reservation. Not only did she go above and beyond to help me figure everything out, she kept me updated the whole time and also was so kind and I enjoyed talking to her while I waited in the lobby. She made the whole experience less stressful and I truly appreciated that!

Had a wonderful room. The property was very nice. Had to wait for the desk person to come from the office. She didn’t seem very happy to check us all in as we had a group who all had their own rooms. The bar on the first floor online says they close at 11 and they closed at 9.
