Hotel is nice. Employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Room was very quiet. After walking quite a distance for food, I use a walker, I decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. While the food was good it was a bit pricey. I wish they would have had a shuttle to the neighboring hospitals. That would have been great. But it was a great choice in hotels near the hospital.

Hilton Garden Inn Review

Everything was great, check in was very quick, hotel parking in the rear of the building, we were able to keep car in lot until 1:00pm the next day to take a tour of the nursing program at University of Pittsburgh with my son, we had dinner in the onsite restaurant and the service was fantastic. I would recommend the downtown Hilton Garden Inn.

I enjoyed the convenience of walking everywhere I needed to be. Walkable to Children's Hospital and convenient to coffee shops and restaurants (great takeout for consumption of solo travel)

The property and the rooms were clean and the staff were professional and helpful. Numerous places to eat and relax in the area Convenient and reasonable public bus service from the airport to within a few blocks of the hotel. I had a great visit.

Came for college visit. Picked the place because it is close. Very old building with outdated heating system that was loud, and poorly controlled temperature. Paid for full breakfast but only limited selection and low quality buffet was available due to short staffing. Disappointed.
