The property is cute. The rooms look freshly renovated and/or are extremely well maintained (no blemishes or cracks in the floors or walls.) The bathroom was equally spectacular. Most importantly for me, the room appeared immaculately clean. Every one of my fellow guests wished me a Good Morning, suggesting the vibes of all were high, presumably due to the affordable rates and amazingly maintained property.

Get what you pay for. Very inexpensive but absolutely no extras except coffee in morning and dry coffee creamer. Donuts picked over early so not available after 7. Lots of construction workets who are up early. Very clean. Towels limited to 1 per person, no shampoo' kleenex, and only 1 bedside table but workers were pleasant and grounds were well kept.

We booked the hot tub suite, it was nice overall. The only thing is that the carpet in the room was wet. Not sure if they shampooed and didn’t allow it to dry all of the way but that’s the only thing. The room was very nice, quiet, and clean. The hot tub was great

2 separate key cards didnt work for me. Staff member let me in but once he left, i could not get in again. The room is super small. On top of that, you cannot look out the door window. Can only see your reflection. No peep hole. I just gave back my keys and left within minutes of arriving. Surrounding area blows. Cant understand how this place is rated so high. (Thats why i gave it a chance to begin with).

2nd stay at this property and we can’t wait to come back!! I really can’t say enough good stuff about this place! the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms are always super clean, and the property is beautiful. the landscaping is gorgeous and the overall atmosphere is so homey, old school, and SAFE!!! the road can be a big noisey at times.. but it is on a main road, so that’s to be expected! see ya’ll next year!!! :)

Pros: Nice, spotlessly clean, newly remodeled room. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Cons: Room was very tight. Chair had to sit under TV. Not a useful spot. WiFi not secure. No coffee pot in room. Coffee in office was a walk to outside to get to and very weak. Traffic noise and noise from rooms next door considerable. Putting the fan on helped drown it out. Key card needed reactivation two out of three times needing it, in spite of not putting it anywhere near our phones, as directed. I’m not sure why this motel was rated as “exceptional” by other reviewers.
