Never brought room service breakfast we ordered night before. Charged $20 for carafe of coffee, which they did comp for the forgotten breakfast. Waited 2 HOURS for valet to bring our car. Apparently, they lost our key fob, but then did find it.

The rooms are uniquely designed and very comfortable! I really enjoyed our stay. It was my birthday and they gave my hubby and I drinks on the house upon check in. The decor is fun and ecclectic. The bar downstairs was a nice place to start the evening. We will definitely be back for future trips to Pittsburgh.

The room was comfortable although I could not seem to get the room temperature to a level that was comfortable for me...too cold. I was disappointed that I could not get a receipt at checkout. The building itself was beautiful both inside and out with a very nice restaurant just off the lobby.

The check in process was impeccable. I appreciated the complimentary drink and the room upgrade. The morning coffee service was a nice touch as well. I wish I was able to check out later the next day (I was on a long work layover) but I still appreciate the service I got when I checked in.

Great Stay!

This hotel was really great. Room was clean and very nice. My only critique (not complaint) is the lack of in room snack and beverage options. You can order food to the room (not past 11pm) but a snack and beverage bar for purchase in the room would go a long way! You can't sell what you don't have displayed. Otherwise, great accommodations! Thank you!
