Everything was fine. Everyone polite and helpful . Room clean. Everything was provided for one night stay near airport. Bed comfortable. One criticism - to be totally honest the room was cold and I couldn’t find a way to turn on any heating; no verbal or written instructions on this. I carry a hot water bottle but water was only warm so hot water bottle was ineffective and no additional blankets for bed. So I woke frequently in night cold. Eventually, I doubled over the rest of the quilt. So not a night of comfortable sleep despite everything seeming to be in place.

The room was fine. Clean etc. But when I checked in I found out that the price for parking was not $40 per stay as advertised on Expedia, which is why I chose the hotel, but $70 for 10 days so I am paying $140 for my extended parking while on my trip. NOT HAPPY.

The airport shuttle was a great service. That was the best, most everything else was sub par. Some of the staff was friendly and helpful, very pleasant. Other staff was rude, arrogant and couldn’t be bothered! Two very distinct groups but I can’t identify which shifts they were from. Room was visibly clean, but dark and in need of maintenance and some repairs. Wouldn’t recommend! Not worth the $259 per night.

I booked this hotel a few months ago. We’ve stayed at La Quinta Inns before and never had any issues, until last weekend. After a five-hour flight, we arrived around 5:30 PM, only to find that the room we were assigned, located all the way in the back, wasn’t ready. When my husband opened the door, the bed was unmade, and the room was messy and dirty. I had to walk all the way back to the front desk to let them know, and fortunately, they were able to move us to a room near the front. However, as soon as we walked in, there was a strong, musty odor. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was quite small. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience. The only positive I can mention is the free airport shuttle service, which was convenient. Unfortunately, aside from that, I don’t think I’d stay at this hotel again.
