The facility, especially room and hallway stunk. The facility is outdated. There was no breakfast. The staff emphasized there was coffee available 24 hours a day. However, the decaf is only available upon request. The hotel needs updated.

First Time Will Not Be My Last Time!

We were met with a friendly smile! My first room had one or two issues; the solution was quick (a different room) and was completed with the same friendly energy. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Because My Place is set up for extended stays, the rooms do show some wear and tear, but our rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen works. The location was close to shopping and food.

The staff was extremely helpful and our food was comfortable. The hall had a funk smell though and there was a questionable stain on the wall in our room. We would have liked more amenities like a continental breakfast.

People loitering all around the property. Had to approach the front door from an angle as a women was laying on the sidewalk. Walked through a cloud of smoke entering the building. People leave lawn chairs out infront and on the sides of the property. Doors slamming dogs barking. Was booked for two night's. Only stayed one.Do not recommend.

Bed was horrible squeaked every time you moved. Was put right above check in area and was kept up by the noise most of the night with door opening and closing.

Extremely dirty! All the counters and table surfaces had thick grime. Floor wasn’t swept. Old food (French fries) on the floor. Bed was sloppily made with stained sheets. Gross!!!

Poor maintenance. Light above bathroom sink didn't work. Though it was advertised as a suite with kitchen facilities, there was no mention that there were no utensils available. The bathroom shower didn't work well - the faucet was very loose as was the shower adapter. There was no soap in the room when we got there, nor a shower curtain. The staff were courteous and responsive, but we will not stay here again.

This is an extended stay place. There are people cooking and the smell is, um, interesting. I booked for the wrong night (I thought I was asked by Expedia after I booked the car, but there's an outside chance I was wrong). When I tried to change it, the hotel manager told Expedia I couldn't because they were booked. I tried to get a refund or credit and it was denied. I decided to stay another day and get some work done from the room. Turns out they were full that night too, something the manger was probably aware was going to happen. I'm unhappy with the manager. The staff was OK and the room was reasonably clean.

Rained sewage water on my head

The ladies at the front desk were very nice but the experience I had with the room itself was horrible. Every time the room upstairs flush their toilet it would rain down on my head in the bathroom. It was absolutely disgusting. Never again... EVER.
