Seems we got the smallest dirtiest room, the bed was not at all comfortable the sheets and bedding were stained and with cigar burns. .we requested another room and they weren't able to accommodate. They provided " clean sheets " but it was stained . Shower and bathroom were old and broken down .buffet breakfast consist of pop tart and packaged donuts. Toast and cereal with no milk. Unfortunately it was my first time in Pittsburgh and it turned out to be a bad stay..

Check in went easily but service was not overly friendly. Room looked nothing like the photos on the website. Not dirty but certainly not clean. Stains and holes on pillow cases and towels. Room needs fixing and updates to look anything like the photos .

The word Quality does not fit this hotel. It’s old, in need of major redo. Beds are so small they don’t fit 2 adults. Office locked overnight with no one there in case of emergency.

This is an old property that need some updates. Great staff. Very friendly, we have stayed here multiple times because it is close to our son’s home. It is surface clean but needs some deep cleaning. Rooms need to be updated and the breakfast is not worth even going to. Overall it is doing the best it can.
